준비물
Pork-chop(돈까스용 고기), 청경채, 마늘, 생강, 올리브유, 식용유, 후추, 요리술, 숙주, 간장(sweet soy source)
<strong><span style="font-size: small;">1. 먼저 재료를 준비합니다.</span></strong>
1-1. pork-chop 은 신선한 것으로 준비하고 요리술과 간 통후추를 뿌려 잡냄새를 제거합니다.
요리술 대용으로 와인등을 사용해도 좋습니다.

1-2. 청경채와 숙주도 신선한 녀석으로 준비합니다.

1-2-1. 청경채는 씻을 때 뿌리는 잘 자르고 줄기가 곂치는 부분을 잘 씻어 줍니다.

1-2-1. 그리고는 먹기 좋게 3등분 정도로 잘라서 준비합니다.

1-3. 마늘은 두개 정도 생강은 엄지손가락 크기로 넣어 주는데 개인 취향에 따라 양을 조절하면 됩니다.

<strong><span style="font-size: small;">2. 본격적으로 요리를 시작~</span></strong>
2-1. 후라이팬에 몸에 좋은 올리브 오일을 쪼끔 넣고 팬이 달구어 지면 그때 !!!! 고기를 투척하여 줍니다. 전 마늘이 좋아서 고기 구울 때 마늘도 같이 구워주었습니다 ^^

2-2-1. 움푹한 프라이팬에 식용유, 마늘, 생강을 넣고 같이 달구어줍니다. 센불을 켜서 마늘이랑 생각이 익어 가는게 보이면 그때 챙경채를 넣고 볶아줍니다. 청경채는 줄기랑 잎이 확연히 구별되는 야채라서 이왕이면 줄기를 아래쪽~불쪽에 넣어주세요. 그래야 같은 시간에 익어요~ 5분 정도면 숨이 죽는 모습을 볼 수 있어요(잔인한가?)

2-3-1. 요리가 다 될 때쯤 밥을 그릇에 담고 구운 고기를 먹기 좋게 잘라서 밥 위에 얹어 줍니다.(통째로 먹고 싶은 사람은 안 잘라 주어도 됩니다)

2-3-2. 그 위에 쳥경채를 얹고 식용유에 숙주를 바로 볶아서 얹어 줍니다. (숙주는 아삭한게 맛나니 아삭아삭 할때까지만 볶아서 바로 얹어줘요~)
